Carolina Human Reinvestment is a local non profit organization with a mission to "identify and serve the need of the youth and their families in our community". As a youth serving organization, CHRSC encourages a healthy lifestyle within their various program including an afterschool and summer program, the Foodshare Georgetown county and a community garden that is feeding thousands. We are so proud to be their partner and supporter.
Helping Hands of Georgetown County
The Helping Hands Dental Clinic is open Thursdays and Fridays each week beginning at 10:00 am for cleanings/evaluations, Thursdays at 4:00 pm for emergency extractions only and Fridays beginning at 8:00 am for cleanings/evaluations/restorations. To qualify for these services, you must be uninsured (no dental insurance), meet income requirements, and be a resident of Georgetown County.
Backpack Buddies
We support Backpack Buddies-during the school year, we donate money to help buy food supplies and then help fill food bags for the children to take home for their weekend.
Cancer Heroes of the Carolinas.
We support Cancer Heroes of the Carolinas.by giving money or supplies that the cancer victim's family may need.
Low Country Veterans
We help Low Country Veterans by giving them a check to help needy or homeless veterans.
Smith Medical Clinic and Baskerville Food Pantry.
Money is given to Smith Medical Clinic to help the needy receive medical care.
We hold food drives to support the Baskerville Food Pantry.

Our Scholarship program
We provide scholarships to 5 graduating seniors at Waccamaw High School every year.

Using our state of the art vision camera, we do Vision Screenings at local schools, health fairs and other local events.
